Max E. fiester

Mr. Fiester, a partner in the firm, practices primarily in the areas of personal injury defense, issues of insurance coverage, commercial disputes and litigation, and general corporate transactions. Mr. Fiester obtained a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 1999 and his Juris Doctor from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2002. Mr. Fiester was admitted to practice law in 2002 and has called Southern Indiana home for 30 years. 

Mr. Fiester is a Member and Past President of the Evansville Bar Association.  Mr. Fiester was named as a Rising Star among attorneys on multiple occasions, an honor bestowed on no more than 2.5% of practicing attorneys in the state. He has also been awarded with the distinction of Super Lawyer in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. He has argued before the Indiana Court of Appeals and is currently admitted to practice in Indiana and both federal districts within Indiana. Mr. Fiester is also a registered civil mediator.
